Why are the cards so cheap?
This is my hobby but I don’t have enough family members to keep me busy so I sell the cards for a pound and that pretty much covers costs, you get my time for free.

Does it come with an envelope?
Yes, every card comes with a plain envelope, usually white

Do the cards have plastic wrappers over them?
No, as I make each card to order there is no chance they are sitting around getting dusty so therefore I don’t see a need but if you would like one it can be provided.

I do, each and every one of them, and I love it!

How long does it take to get the cards after ordering?
I aim to deliver within two working days, if it’s a big order it may take a little longer but I’ll be in touch to make arrangements to suit you. Though if you’ve left things a little late, we can make a plan.

Can you send cards for me?
No problem, I’ll charge you normal postage rates and put on whatever message you give me and deliver to any address you provide.

How do I pay for the card?
If we have pre-arranged delivery/collection then cash or cheque on delivery, if it’s mail order then I’ll need payment prior to your order being dispatched. Payments can now also be accepted by PayPals or NoChex. I will send you an email confirming the order and the cost including post and packaging.

Why are all the cards blank?
A very few of the cards have messages on them but most are blank to enable you to use them for the occasion they fit. If you have a message that you would like includiung, just let me know what it is when you place the order.

Can the card be customised?
Very much so, I will put on the card any message you give me when you order, if it doesn’t balance nicely with the front of the card I’ll put it on an insert inside the card. For example you could ask for "
Happy Birthday Rosie
" to be on the card and if it doesn’t fit I may put "
Rosie
" on the front and "
Happy Birthday
" on the inside I make sure it looks just right which ever way it goes.

I have a poem I want to include as a verse can you do that?
I will generate an insert to fit inside the card with the poem typed in a font that matches the tone of the card; there is no such thing as too personalised in my book!

What if I don’t like the card when it’s delivered?
That hasn’t happened yet but should the occasion arise, I would happily give you a complete refund
or
make you another card of your choice.

What happens after I have placed an order?
In all cases I will confirm both the order price and delivery date at the earliest opportunity, mail order tends to cost no more than a first class stamp but that would depend on the size of the order and delivery address.
